“When NSP considers which wards to contest, we actually have two criteria. One is whether we really know the ground. The second criterium is, in terms of strategy, whether we will contest the ward in subsequent GEs in future. Radin Mas fulfils both criteria because NSP has been quite active doing walkabout and constituency visits for the past 10-15 years, well before SDA and RP were even formed.
